Undoubtedly, Europe remains one of the most visited places on earth as more and more people plan to spend their vacations and holidays in European countries. European countries make sure they earn a good amount of national income through tourism and for that they need to make sure that the guest or tourist from other countries get world class services and hotels to stay in. Of course, finding a good hotel in Europe is not a big deal, but there are some really nice European hotels that are not much into limelight so let’s explore such hotels now.
The number one spot in the list of European hotels goes to Auberge De La Quatr’heurie which is situated in Beze, France. If you are looking for some classic village auberge that reminds you of Romeo & Juliet type of ambience with double bed, bath and some really innovative double toilet. The meat that you order comes from roasting spit and it transforms your heart and soul completely. The second best hotel in the list of European hotels goes to Chateau De La Barre in Conflans-sur-Anille, France. It gives you a feeling of staying in a 15th century chateau. This hotel has been given shades of yellow, blue and red and that gives out a unique Anglo-American look to it. The place is decorated with antiques and probably the best food service in France.
Les Tourelles in Le Crotoy, France is one of the best European hotels and number three on our list. The Les Tourelles tower is seriously big and can put a theme park to shame with the amount of space, plants and seaside around. The bar counter is huge and it has enough space for the kids to play around. Abbaye De Valloires is number four on our list of top ten European hotels because of its quintessential 18th century chateau look. The view around the hotel is breath-taking and the room furnishings are lovely, though they are very simple and like to refrain from the luxury styles.
European hotels like El Juncal in Ronda, Spain which provides a British country-house feel is a converted bodega that is totally Spanish. The lawn and the rooms are spacious and finished with white décor and pool side. Hostal Del Sol in Roses, Spain takes the next spot and is very different from other European hotels as the hotel is crammed with local art rather than luxury to make you feel like you’re a part of Spain. Another good European hotel that you may want to stay in is Finca Buenvino in Aracena, Spain. Located in the forest mountains of western Andalusia, this hotel is a country-house with a pool terrace to provide you with all the comforts.
When you are digging deeper for European hotels, you will find Portixol hotel in Palma, Mallorca which offers you Scandinavian seafront hotel just a few minutes away from a small harbor called Palma. Casamar in Llafranc, Spain also ranks as one of the few good European hotels where you can enjoy Europe and beach at the same time with lovely food and accommodation options. La Corte De Lugas in Lugas, Spain also provides one of the best food and room services that will make you feel like an Asturian king.Enjoy your hotels and try to find the right one. P.S. Always remember that the most expensive one is not always the best.

Wow, the top 3 hotels in europe are all from France. That’s cool, it means that french people are kind to the visitors, contrary to someone’s expectation.
Thanks for sharing this information about good hotels in Europe. As a traveler, I find it useful.
Yes, great european hotels indeed. Actually, I would have to say that a lot of hotels in Europe are very nice.
And I think France deserves the first 3 european hotels positions. It is a great country with great hotels!
I stayed at Casamar, in Spain. All I can say is that it’s a GREAT hotel. I haven’t seen too many european hotels, but I am willing to do that soon.
Interesting european hotels list. I don’t think I will go to any of those soon, but I am going to search for some pics with luxurious hotels in europe. I also curious about their price!
These european hotels are definitely worth a visit. I have been in 3 hotels in europe, all of them were holiday inn express. I was happy with my choice.
Hotels are the key in tourism. Actually they are the one which bring a high amount of visitors in a country. The point is, the hotels in europe know how to attract visitors.
I am not rich so I don’t think I will see one of these expensive hotels in europe. Although I have a good experience in european hotels, I don’t see the point of the expensive ones.
But good to know the list!
i am sure these european hotels can offer you a GREAT vacation. however, i don’t wanna know the price you need to them. even if these hotels in europe deserve the money
Sleeping in one of the top european hotels is on my to-do list. I hope I will get to do that asap. I don’t have a preference on the hotel, though. Thanks for listing.
thank you for all that wonderful information about the top ten hotels in europe
It looks like Spain and France have the best European Hotels. But when I was in Europe for 2 weeks, we stayed at Inns or bed and breakfastes. These were great in my opinion. They were family owned so they were very friendly and nice. I would have loved to stayed in an actual hotel just to compare the two.
I really want to take my fiancee to Auberge De La Quatr’heurie for our honeymoon. I think that European hotels are so classy but this one sounds so romantic. I love how it is described at Romeo and Juliet style. There seems to be nothing more romantic than that.
I don’t understand why you put in top 10 list European hotels, first 4 European hotels from France. To be a good hotel is not just about how many stars that hotel has. It is also very important to feel well treated. And I don’t think that French are so hospitable.
I’m sure there are many European hotels that even if they are not so luxurious you can feel very welcomed there.
Probably the best European hotels are found in Spain. Spain is a beautiful country with very hospitable people. Also, Spain is an exotic country with many tourist attractions. That’s why this country extended and developed everything which is related with tourism. That’s why its hotels are very hospitable and placed in top 10 European hotels.
I’ve never been to any luxury European hotels. I cannot afford this. I prefer to spend little money on places to stay. I like to spend the rest of my money on other things. European hotels are less important in a vacation. More important is how much fun you have.
Auberge De La Quatr’heurie sounds like a fabulous place to stay at. It would make a great place for a honeymoon. Sounds very romantic to me. And it is in France so need we say more?
All these European hotels sound very luxurious. I’ve never been to any of these European hotels. I’ve never had that chance. Maybe when I have a lot of money, I’ll visit them. Until then, I stay home.
There are so many other European hotels which deserve to be on this list. In my trips I visited many great European hotels. The employers were very hospitable. Also the services were impeccable. So, this list should be much bigger.
