European River Cruises

European River Cruises

A great way to relax and unwind on holiday in Europe is with a river cruise. This way you not only get to enjoy some amazing views and see more of the place you came to visit, but you also get to unwind while you drift down the river and get waited on.

Most big rivers in Europe will offer European river cruises, and if you’re heading to any of the major cities this is worth looking into. Bateaux River Cruises for instance do wonderful cruises down the Thames in London that also offer dinner or afternoon tea as well as live entertainment to keep you busy while you look out for the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben etc.

Likewise there are similar river cruises available in Rome, Paris, Berlin, Dublin and more. Some of these even offer accommodation such as the ‘Romance of the Seine Cruise’ in France which offers not only a great meal and wines but actually lets you stay the night in its ‘floating hotel’.

Many other cities also lend themselves perfectly to river cruises – particularly Venice of course with its plethora of canals, and Amsterdam. The Rhine is a river which stretches from the Swiss Alps to the North Sea through the Netherlands and offers several beautiful river cruises as well.

Tips

One thing to bear in mind is that European river cruises can get a bit pricey. If you are heading to Europe and you think this is something you might like to do, then the best way to go about it is to go online and book in advance which will normally get you a lot of money off of your excursion. Meanwhile there are several other factors to consider too – for instance do you want a round trip, or can you get dropped by the cruise somewhere convenient? Likewise, do you want to eat on the cruise or just have a quick tour and save money? There are normally a wealth of options available so this is another reason to head online and book before you land.

Yes European River Cruises are quite wonderful. I have only been on one and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was enjoyable for me and my family, and we got some great service. I would recommend this for any family. Save up and it will be well worth it.

Getting waiting on while you view some great scenery is what a dream vacation would be. I would love to take a Euroepean River Cruise. I think that it would be nice to be on the river, and see the different places. I imagine that maybe a fall tour would be nice, if the leaves have changed colors. How gorgeous.

So far I have never had the chance to take any European river cruises. I’ve visited many countries and beautiful capitals, but I have never done this. However, I imagine how it would be like. It would surely be relaxing to see all those beautiful sights, while you are floating and balancing on a river. In my next trip I will surely choose to make some European river cruises too! Thank you for letting me know about this and about what cruises to take.

Yes, Bateaux does some of the most amazing European river cruises. As you know London is one of the most beautiful capitals from Europe and having the change to visit it represents something big. I have had the change to take two European river cruises on Thames and see London’s amazing sights as the London Eye or the Big Ben.
I would recommend anybody to do this, because I assure you that you will not regret any cent you have spent on this.

I think river cruise is much more interesting than a ocean cruise. There are diverse scenery views as well as much fun shore excursion.
