European Stock Market

The European stock market is much like any stock market and is a great place to buy and sell stocks and shares and to make a profit. There are many different European stock exchanges that make up the European stock exchanges and these collectively see some of the expensive trades in the world. These stock exchanges that make up the European stock market include The Bulgarian stock exchange in Bulgaria, Tirana Stock Exchange in Tirana, Vienna stock exchange in Vienna, Helsinki Stock Exchange in Helsinki (Finland), MATIF in Paris and many more. In other words, for almost every European country there is a European stock market located in the capital city or another major location meaning that the European stock market can be used anywhere in Europe.

Further facilitating this and making sure that there is a European stock market for every location, there are also regional stock exchange organisations that provide a local European stock market.

At the same time though the European stock market also has two larger stock exchanges that cover multiple stock exchanges across Europe. These are Euronext and OMX stationed in Paris and OMX respectively. The European stock market at Euronext was made from stock exchanges from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal and this makes it the second biggest European stock market. With the New York Stock Exchange this also creates the first global stock exchange. OMX meanwhile is a European stock market comprised of Baltic and Scandinavian markets, specifically Nordic Market Link and Baltic Market Link.

There are many different European stock markets then and these offer a range of investment opportunities and potential sales, some such as the UK’s Plus Markets, offering great liquidity.
