I don't think this could be forced in any way but huge border patrols. However, the sad thing is that a lot of people who are illegal "immigrants" actually need to migrate to another country to feed their family back home. So if they stayed in their home countries, they would probably die because of the economy.

That is very sad indeed. I could not imagine having to move just to put food on the table. how those poor families must feel? I would think it would be a huge hardship.
